If you need to relax, enjoy a delicious cocktail, good wine or brandy, the Ocean Bar is where you should be onboard ss Rotterdam; the bar is shaped like a wave while gigantic fish scales decorate the ceiling. And yes, they still exist, the marine insects by artist Aart van den IJssel. At the Ocean Bar we serve tasty assorted appetisers, but also traditionally thickly filled sandwiches to satisfy a hearty appetite.

The Ocean Bar is available from Monday thru Thursday from 15:30 to 01:00, and from 10:00 to 01:00 on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and on holidays you are most welcome to enjoy a cup of coffee, tea or cocktail. Booking is not required.

In sunny weather the Ocean Bar closes its doors and ss Rotterdam welcomes you to its beautiful outdoor bar on the stern deck (near the Lido restaurant).
